Feedback

We welcome feedback all year round to ensure we are meeting your expectations. We will gather views annually by sending you a survey. We feedback what you say to the Care Provision Committee and provide information about the things that you liked and how we plan to reflect on any suggested improvements.

Our Director of Community Services, our Registered Manager or one of our team may also ask for feedback face-to-face during care reviews or as part of routine visits.
