Volunteers make a significant and valuable contribution to our work and there are lots of ways you can support us. You might want to use your lived experience to support our Hand in Hand scheme members, or you might want to use your skills to support our office team. You might want to use volunteering to enhance your CV and build your confidence, and that is okay too. We have regular resident clubs and Dementia Support groups that you can get involved with.
If you have time to spare, skills or an idea to share, we would love to hear from you. We always marvel at how giving a relatively small amount of time can make a real difference to the lives of others.
We have a fantastic team of volunteers who support our Hand in Hand scheme members. The roles are varied and there is something to suit everyone. Click here to find our more about volunteering with our Hand in Hand service.
As a volunteer, you will receive full training to undertake your role, and you will have direct support from our Volunteer Coordinator and Volunteer Training Administrator, as well as a service manager.
We really value the time and support of our volunteers, and we often have volunteer meetups and events to say a big ‘thank you!’
Please visit our Volunteer With Us page or our Current Paid and Volunteer Roles page to view our current volunteer opportunities. You can download our volunteer application form here.
