Our almshouses provide homes for older people who have a strong connection to Winchester, have limited financial means and would benefit from suitable, affordable accommodation.
To be eligible, applicants should:
Be aged 60 or over
Have a strong local connection to Winchester
Have limited income and savings
Have a housing, health or social need
Be able to live independently, with support if needed
Be willing to participate in community life
Please note: Our almshouses have no on-site parking, and pets and smoking are not permitted for new residents.
