Befriending and Signposting
Volunteers will support you to improve your wellbeing and quality of life, acting as a friendly helping hand.
Our volunteers will point you in the right direction towards an individual or group that is best placed to help you. This is also known as ‘signposting’. You can read more about our Hand in Hand volunteers here.
Thank you so much for providing such a lovely service to people like my dad. He really enjoyed his visits, and it made us very happy to know that he had company when we weren’t around. You’re making a real difference to people’s lives, just like you have done to my dad’s.
