Finally, relatives can visit and hold hands with their loved ones

9th March 2021

On Monday 8 March, there was hardly a dry eye at our Moorside specialist dementia care home, when our resident, Mrs Sue Wilkes, and her husband, Mr Peter Wilkes,  were able to hold hands during the first indoor visit since lockdown. It was a wonderful sight to see. The whole Moorside team clapped, the sun was shining, so it really was a very special day at Moorside.
