Today marks the start of our Memory Wellbeing Centre Partnership with Home Instead Central Hampshire.

Tony, Community Networker at Home Instead joined our Dementia Support Worker, Anne, at our Memory Wellbeing Centre, assisting with the centre’s weekly activities.

This partnership allows our two Admiral Nurses, Jeni and Anne, to dedicate more of their time to providing the Admiral Nurse Service to those who need it most.

Tony will bring lots of new and exciting ideas to the centre and we’re looking forward to seeing the positive impact this partnership will bring to our community.
